To convene the Fifteenth General Meeting of the Naturalistichno Association

DEAR LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,

The Board of Directors of the Association “Naturalistichno”, with its seat in the city of  Sofia, Khan Krum str. № 7A, P.C. 1000, on the basis of art. 26, par. 1, par. 2 and par 3. of LUUNP and art. 18, par. 1, par. 3 and par. 4 of the Statute of the Association, convenes the Fifteenth General Meeting of the Association “Naturalistichno”, which will be held on 30.11.2021 /Tuesday/ at 19:00 in the Bookstore “DAROVEDA”, Sofia, Khan Krum str. № 7A

with the following agenda:

Detailed plan for the Fifteenth General Meeting of the Association “Naturalistichno” 30.11.2021.

19:00 Opening of the General Meeting;

19:00 – 19:15 Welcome of the attendees, Acceptance of the Agenda, Election of the Chairperson and Secretary of the Meeting;

19:15 – 19:30 Administrative and organizational activities of the association;

19:30 – 20:00 Presentation of the completed, current and upcoming activities in 2021;

20:00 – 20:15 Suggestions from the members to discuss other issues of relevance to the association;

20:15 – 20:30 Acceptance of new members and resignation of lapsed members of the association and payment of dues;

20:30 Closing of the Fifteenth General Meeting;

All members and interested persons are invited to attend the General Meeting in person, held according to the current arrangements for meetings and gatherings.

All members who are unable to attend in person are invited to join in an online format with prior request to the Board for inclusion in this way.

All members who have not paid are asked to pay their annual dues for 2021 and there will be an option for the following year 2022.

In the absence of a quorum, pursuant to Article 19 of the Constitution and Article 27 of the LUUNP, the General Meeting will be held on the same day, at the same place and with the same agenda at 20:00.
