DEAR LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,

The Board of Directors of the “Naturalistichno” Organization invites you to the Fourteenth General Assembly of the “Naturalistichno” Organization, which will be held on 31.03.2021 /Wednesday/ at 19:00 in DAROVEDA. 19.00 – 20.00 hrs., in Khan Krum Street, 7A (Sofia), with the following agenda:

19:00 – Opening of the General Assembly;

19:00 – 19:15 Attendees Welcoming, Announcement of the Agenda, Election of the Chairman and Secretary of the Meeting;

19:15 – 19:30 Administrative and organisational activities;

19:30 – 20:00 Presentation of completed, current and upcoming activities in 2021.;

20:00 – 20:15 Suggestions from members to discuss other issues of relevance to the Organization;

20:15 – 20:30 Acceptance of new and withdrawal of lapsed members of the Organization and payment of membership fees;

20:30 Closing of the Fourteenth General Assembly;

All members and interested persons are invited to attend the General Assembly in person, in compliance with the anti-epidemic measures implemented at the meeting.
All members who are unable to attend in person are invited to join in an online format with prior request to the Board for inclusion in this manner.
All members who have not paid are invited to pay their annual membership fee for 2021.

In the absence of a quorum, pursuant to Article 19 of the Constitution and Article 27 of the LJLNC Act, the AGM will be held on the same day, at the same place and with the same agenda at 20:00.
